Condo fees as well as any other fees assessed to your unit may be paid online using your checking or savings account by clicking this link. Credit card payments are not accepted. If you prefer to pay by check, please mail your check to the Trust's lockbox (P.O. Box 436, N. Dighton, MA 02764).

Condo fees are determined by beneficial interest of your unit. The 2026 condo fees, due on the 1st of each month, are:

            $393.00  Unit numbers 1, 2, 9, and 10                      

            $428.85  Unit numbers 3 and 4 

            $302.35  Unit numbers 5 and 6

            $347.10  Unit numbers 7 and 8

Special Assessment payments are due on the 20th of each month. Payment options range from 1-24 months and may be viewed in the chart included in the fee and assessment letter link above.
