Don't have your 2025 condo fee letter handy? Click here for the pdf sent to all unit owners November 2024. Condo fees are determined by beneficial interest of your unit. Two payment options have been offered for 2025 fees (see letter for full details). The most popular are:

            $398.50  Unit numbers 1, 2, 9, and 10 (Feb-Dec and $399.00 January)                       

            $434.80  Unit numbers 3 and 4 (Feb-Dec and $435.20 January)

            $306.65  Unit numbers 5 and 6 (Feb-Dec and $306.85 January)

            $352.10  Unit numbers 7 and 8 (Feb-Dec and $351.41 January)
